“Pleasure Isle,” a poem

Pleasure Isle

You scientist, you royal one,
You who wield great power,
I offer treats, you’ll be complete,
This is your vital hour.

My friend, come to my Pleasure Isle,
Ride on my private jet,
And even better, check each letter
That shapes the Alphabet.

Join me on my Pleasure Isle,
Fulfill your fantasies in style,
You’ll be glad you went to Pleasure Isle.

Take Tunnel One or Tunnel Two:
Each leads to Pleasure Spots;
Choices you make and undertake
Will tie your legs in knots,

And nevermore will you regret
Free rides and party times:
You’ll prod and poke–what backwards folks
Foolishly call crimes.

Join me on my Pleasure Isle,
Fulfill your fantasies in style,
You’ll be glad you went to Pleasure Isle.

Free as the wind, free as the rain,
The pleasures you discover:
A gentle breeze brings fantasies:
You’ll wander and uncover

Forbidden fruit few mortals taste:
The sweet-cream snuggly snacks
That I’ve prepared by crystal stairs–
I know you will come back.

Join me on my Pleasure Isle,
Fulfill your fantasies in style,
You’ll be glad you went to Pleasure Isle.

Small animals may squirm and squeak,
They’ll squawk and squeal, and spur
Pursuit to catch their tails, snatch them
And stroke and stain their fur,

And how your happy heart will heat,
And how you’ll nibble meals,
The tricks or treats with pizza meat
That satisfy your zeal,

Join me on my Pleasure Isle,
Fulfill your fantasies in style,
You’ll be glad you went to Pleasure Isle.

And I’ll preserve these memories,
Richer than double malts,
Fine resolution, no distribution,
Protected in a vault,

And you will do as I request,
Small favors in return:
You’ll say good words to high-fly birds . . .
I’d hate to see you burned.

Join me on my Pleasure Isle,
Fulfill your fantasies in style,
You’ll be glad you went to Pleasure Isle.

Welcome to Epstein Island.
Ask yourself, is this normal?
What does a ‘Temple’ typically symbolize?
What does an ‘OWL’ symbolize (dark religion)?
Tunnels underneath?
How many channels captured on RC‘s pic?
Rooms indicate size.
Hallways shown?
[CLAS 1-99]
Symbolism will be their downfall.
These people are EVIL.

March 9
Crimes and Criminals

The key is to commit crimes so confusing that police feel too stupid to even write a crime report about them.

~Randy K. Milholland, Something Positive Comic, 10/30/03

There is no den in the wide world to hide a rogue. Commit a crime and the earth is made of glass. Commit a crime, and it seems as if a coat of snow fell on the ground, such as reveals in the woods the track of every partridge, and fox, and squirrel.

~Ralph Waldo Emerson (1803–1882)

Sunrise, Sunset

(Psalm 109:29, Psalm 113:3)
Sunrise, Sunset

My enemies—
Clothe them in shame;
Sunrise, sunset:
Praise the Lord’s name.

1 While Ezra bowed in prayer before the Temple,

And as he wept and he confessed these sins,

A crowd of Israelites—men, women, and

Children—assembled ‘round him, and they wept

In bitterness. 2 Jehiel’s son Shecaniah

Of Elam’s clan, told Ezra, “We’ve

   breached faith

With God by wedding foreign women, but

Even so, Israel still has some hope.

3 Now we must make a solemn promise to

Our God that we will send these women and

Their children off, and we will do what you

And others who revere commands of God

Advise we do. We’ll do what God’s Law says.

4 You are responsible to act. We are

Behind you, so go on and get it done.”

5 So Ezra started and made leaders of

The priests, of Levites, and of people who

Remained declare an oath that

   they would do

What Shecaniah had proposed. 6 Then he

Went from before the Temple into where

Jehohanan, Eliashib’s son, lived,

And spent the night there grieving over how

Unfaithful had the exiles been. He did

Not eat or drink a thing. 7 A message was

Sent through Jerusalem and Judah that

All those who had returned from exile were

To meet within Jerusalem 8 by order

Of people’s leaders, and if any failed

To come in three days, all their property

Would be impounded, and they

   would surrender

Their right to join in the community.

9 Within the three days, on the twentieth

Day of the ninth month, all the men

   who lived

Within the area of Judah and

Benjamin came into Jerusalem

And gathered in the Temple square, and it

Was raining hard. Due to the weather and

How vital was the meeting everyone

Was trembling, 10 and priest Ezra stood

   and spoke

To them and said, “You have been faithless and

You have brought guilt on Israel by wedding

The foreign women. 11 Now, confess

   your sins

Unto the Lord, your fathers’ God, and do

What pleases him and set yourselves apart

From foreigners residing in our land

And send away your foreign wives.” 12 The people

Shouted in answer, “We will do whatever

You may say,” 13 but they said,

   “The crowd’s too big;

It’s raining hard. We cannot stand out in

The open like this. This is not a thing

That can be done in one or two days, for

Many of us are caught up in this sin.

14 Let our administrators stay inside

Jerusalem and oversee the matter.

Then let a man who has a foreign wife

Come at a set time with the leaders and

The judges of his city. In this way

God’s anger over this entanglement

Will be ameliorated.” 15 No one

Opposed the plan but Jonathan the son

Of Asahel and Jahzeiah son

Of Tikvah, and Meshullam and a Levite,

Shabbethai, backed them, 16 but the

   exiles who’d

Returned abided by the plan, so Ezra

The priest appointed men out of the heads

Of clans and he wrote down their

   names, and on

The first day of the tenth month they began

To check around, 17 and in the next

   three months

They did investigate all cases of

The men with foreign wives. 18 This is the list

Of men with foreign wives: The priests,

   as listed

By clans: The clan of Joshua

   and his brothers,

Sons of Jehozadak: Maaseiah,

Eliezer and Jarib, and Geda-

Liah. 19 They promised to divorce

   their wives,

And offered up a ram as sacrifice

For all their sins, and for their guilt

   they each

Brought up a ram out of the flock to be

An offering for guilt. ) 20 From the descendants

of Immer: Zebadiah and Hanani.
